◆ How to use
1. General processing technology of acrylic fiber
Dosage: optical brightener BAC 0.2-2.0% owf; formic acid or oxalic acid to adjust pH-3.0-4.0
Process: 95-98°C×30-45 minutes Bath ratio: 1:10-40
2. Subchlorine bleaching process of acrylic fiber
Dosage: optical brightener BAC 0.2-2.0% owf; sodium nitrate: 1-3g/L
Adjust pH-3.0-4.0 with formic acid or oxalic acid; sodium chlorite: 1-2g/L
Process: 95-98°C×30-45 minutes; bath ratio: 1:10-40
3. Processing technology of acrylic fiber/wool blended fabric
A. Oxygen bleaching process
Hydrogen peroxide 35% 10-20ml/l, sodium pyrophosphate 1-2g/ Ciba ULTRA VON CN1-2g/l
pH 8-9 (ammonia water is recommended) temperature × time: 50-55°C × 2-3 hours, bath ratio: 1:10-40
B. Acrylic fiber whitening process
Fluorescent brightener BAC 0.5-2% owf, formic acid or oxalic acid to adjust pH: 3.0-4.0
Temperature × time: 95-98°C × 30 minutes, bath ratio: 1:10-40
C. Wool reduction bleaching and whitening process
Fluorescent bleaching agent BAC 0.25-1.0g/L, stabilized sodium hydroxide 1-3g/L, pH5-6
Temperature×Time: 50-60°C×60-120 minutes

◆ Cautions
1. This product is a special whitening brightener for acrylic fiber. It must be dyed with sodium chlorite in the same bath to achieve the ideal whitening effect. It is best to use low-hardness water for dyeing to ensure fluorescent whitening. Full color development of the agent.
2. This product will release chlorine dioxide and strong acid during processing, which will have a certain corrosive effect on the equipment. Please be sure to use a stainless steel dye vat dyeing machine and add sodium nitrate to reduce the damage to the equipment.
